Bali Bloom Day Care respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website and our booking process collect and how it is used.

What we collect

When you send a booking enquiry through our website or WhatsApp we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your dates, where you are staying, the number and ages of your children, the care you are asking for and anything else you tell us about your family, such as allergies or routines, so that we can care for your children safely.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Enquiry records store a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver childcare, and brief the carer who looks after your children. Carers receive only the information they need for the booking. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Storage and security

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and a copy is kept on our secure web server so that no enquiry is lost if email delivery fails. Access is restricted, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Booking details are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Children’s information

We collect information about your children only from you, only for the purpose of caring for them, and we treat it with particular care. Photos taken by a carer during a booking are sent to you and are not used for any other purpose without your written permission.

Third-party services

If Google Analytics is enabled on this website it sets its own cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

Access and correction

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
