Kuta, Legian and Tuban have the largest concentration of family hotels and resorts in Bali, most with kids' pools, and a private sitter in your hotel room is the easiest way to get a quiet dinner or a swim without the children. Waterbom Bali, the island's best water park, is right in Kuta, and a nanny-led day there is one of our most requested activity days.
Kuta Beach is a long, gently sloping surf beach with patrolled areas near the main entrances; it is good for beginner surf lessons and sunsets, but we keep little ones in the hotel pool. Beachwalk mall and the Discovery mall are useful for air-conditioned breaks and food courts on hot afternoons.
Because the airport is ten minutes away, we often provide sitters for the awkward hours: late check-outs, early flights and the day a family lands exhausted and needs someone to take the kids to the pool while the parents sleep.

Can you provide a babysitter at my Kuta hotel on the day we land?
Yes, with notice. Many families book a sitter for their arrival afternoon so the children can go to the hotel pool while the parents sleep off the flight. Book before you fly and send us the hotel name and your arrival time.
Is Waterbom Bali good for young children?
Yes. Waterbom in Kuta has shallow pools and a kids' play area for toddlers and young children as well as the big slides, which have height limits, so there is something for every age. A nanny can take your children for the day, or join you there and look after the younger ones while you ride the slides with the older ones.
