From enquiry to a relaxed afternoon in four steps

What we need from you

• Your dates, and roughly which days or evenings you would like care.
• Where you are staying: the area, and the villa or hotel name once you have it.
• How many children, their ages, and anything we should know (allergies, additional needs, a baby who only sleeps in a carrier).
• The kind of care: hourly, full days, evenings, overnight, live-in, or a mix.
• Languages, if it matters, and whether you would like the same carer throughout.

What happens next

We check who is available and who fits, and reply with a quote that lists everything: hours, rates, supplements and what is included. If you are happy, a deposit confirms it and we send your carer’s name, a short introduction and the arrival time. For live-in bookings we arrange a video call first.

On the day

Your carer arrives 15 minutes early for a handover: the routine, the food, the pool rules, where things are, and how you want to be contacted. Then you go. You will get a WhatsApp message once everyone is settled, photos if you like them, and a quick summary when you are back.

Rates, deposits and cancellations

Babysitting is IDR 100,000 an hour for one child (120,000 for two, 150,000 for three) with a 5-hour minimum and a 100,000 transport fee per visit; a full day of 8 hours is 750,000, overnight care is from 1,000,000 and a live-in nanny is 1,400,000 a night. Supplements apply after 10pm, on public holidays and for babies under 12 months; outings are at cost. A 30% deposit confirms the booking and cancellations more than 48 hours ahead are refunded in full. Prices are set in rupiah with no agency fees; the price list shows everything in your currency and the booking terms have the detail.
